In 2010, Greater Texas Foundation, Houston Endowment, The Meadows Foundation and the Texas High School Project/Communities Foundation of Texas engaged FSG Social Impact Advisors to identify historically underserved regions in Texas where targeted philanthropic postsecondary completion efforts would have the greatest impact. The entire state of Texas was analyzed based on multiple factors such as postsecondary completion rates and the number of students receiving Pell grants. |
